How the Process Works

Step 1: Customized Experience Assessment

$97 | Required Entry Point All inquiries begin with a $97 assessment session to understand the purpose, review group size, timing and intent, assess alignment, and confirm whether Traverze Culture is the right fit.

Step 2: Curated Design Session

If aligned, we move into a curated design session where experience elements are outlined, local partner involvement is confirmed, and scope and expectations are finalized. This is where the experience is intentionally designed — not templated.

Step 3: Experience Execution

Once approved, a formal agreement is executed, on-the-ground partners are engaged, and the experience is delivered as designed. All execution occurs through trusted partners within our ecosystem.
