Who We Are

Traverze Culture is a relocation, medical tourism, and global services company operating internationally. Our work involves advance planning, third-party vendors, regulatory requirements, and time-sensitive execution.

For this reason, our services are structured, screened, and governed by firm policies.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

Traverze Culture reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue services at any time if:

You do not meet qualification or readiness requirements
You do not qualify for immigration where applicable (including Kenya)
You fail to demonstrate sustainability for relocation
Required documentation is incomplete or inaccurate
Payments are delayed or missed
Expectations fall outside our service scope

Assessments, Consultations & Fees

All assessments, consultations, strategy sessions, and planning fees are non-refundable.

These fees cover professional time, review, and preparation and are not contingent on outcomes.

Medical Tourism

Traverze Culture acts as a medical tourism facilitator, not a medical provider.

  • All medical tourism fees are non-refundable once coordination or case review begins
  • We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • We are not responsible for medical outcomes, procedure results, or complications
  • Medical travel may be declined if deemed unsafe or inappropriate

All medical records are handled confidentially.

Relocation Integration Services (60 / 90 / 120 Days)

Relocation Integration services are professional service agreements.

  • All fees are non-refundable once a contract is signed
  • Disqualification due to immigration or sustainability does not entitle refunds or credits
  • Services begin immediately upon contract execution

Business Development & Investment Services

Business development and investment-related services are consulting-based.

  • All fees are non-refundable
  • No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, approvals, or returns
  • Services may be declined or discontinued at Traverze Culture’s discretion

Investigative / Relocation Discovery Tours

Investigative or Discovery Tours are scheduled, itinerary-based experiences.

Refund and credit policy:

  • Cancellations more than 90 days before arrival may be eligible for a partial refund minus non-recoverable administrative and vendor costs
  • Cancellations within 90 days of arrival are not eligible for refunds
  • Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are not eligible for refunds or credits
  • At Traverze Culture’s discretion, payments may be issued as a non-cash service credit valid for up to 180 days

All vendor deposits and administrative costs are non-refundable.

Journey Back to Eden (JBE)

Journey Back to Eden is a curated cultural, conference, and experiential itinerary that includes programming, expo access, and scheduled activities.

Refund and credit policy:

  • Cancellations more than 120 days before arrival may be eligible for a partial refund minus non-recoverable administrative and vendor costs
  • Cancellations between 120 and 61 days before arrival may be eligible for a non-cash credit valid for up to 180 days
  • Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are not eligible for refunds or credits

All refunds or credits are issued at Traverze Culture’s discretion and are subject to vendor commitments already incurred.

Participation in JBE requires screening and approval.

Mandatory travel insurance is required.

Program details, speakers, locations, and schedules may change and do not constitute grounds for refunds.

Traverze Culture reserves the right to remove participants for non-compliance or safety concerns without refund.

Deposits, Payments & Credits

All deposits are non-refundable
Traverze Culture does not issue cash refunds except where explicitly stated above
Missed or delayed payments may result in immediate disqualification

Credits, if approved:

  • Are non-cash and non-transferable
  • May only be used toward future Traverze Culture services
  • Must be used within 180 days
  • Are forfeited if unused

Mandatory Travel Insurance

All clients participating in group travel, customized experiences, relocation services, or JBE must maintain mandatory travel insurance, including medical and emergency coverage.

Failure to maintain insurance may result in denial of participation without refund.

Travel, Flights & Documentation

If Traverze Culture assists with flight coordination:

  • You are solely responsible for valid passports, visas, and entry requirements
  • Traverze Culture is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, denied boarding, or immigration decisions

Immigration Services (Optional)

Traverze Culture may optionally assist with visas or residency pathways.

  • You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information
  • All immigration decisions are made by government authorities
  • Delays or denials do not qualify for refunds or credits

Third-Party Vendors & Force Majeure

Services are coordinated through vetted third-party vendors.

Traverze Culture is not liable for delays or failures caused by vendors, airlines, governments, natural disasters, political events, or emergencies beyond our control.

Acceptance of Policies

Engaging Traverze Culture services, including payment, registration, or participation, constitutes full acceptance of these policies.
